We recommend booking at least 1–3 weeks before your desired date.
For custom themes or setups requiring vendors (like florists or photographers), booking 3–6 weeks ahead ensures we can bring your full vision to life.
Rush setups may be available depending on location and inventory — just reach out to check!

❤️ What areas do you serve?

We currently serve local hotels, Airbnbs, and private residences in and around [Raleigh, NC/ Metro Area].
We also offer travel setups for destination proposals and celebrations — additional fees may apply.

🕯️ What’s included in a setup?

Each package includes decor styling, and setup, along with all core décor elements — petals, candles, signage, and mood lighting.
Add-ons like florals, dessert trays, or custom props can be added to personalize your moment.

💰 What payments do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Zelle

  • Venmo

  • Cash App

A 40% non-refundable deposit secures your date and materials.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your setup.

🌸 What happens after I book?

Once you submit your inquiry or quote request, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
From there, we’ll schedule a short call or message exchange to discuss your theme, color palette, and timing.

📸 Can you provide a photographer or video?

Yes! We partner with talented local photographers who specialize in intimate, lifestyle-style shoots.
You can add a 30-minute mini shoot or a full session as part of your package upgrade.

🧺 Do you clean up after the event?

At this time we do not offer clean up after the event.
